Hey Cathy! Thanks for commenting - it's always nice to know who's visiting our little blog. We have two Jen friends that have commented out our blog. Yep, the Jen above is definitely the one you know. (The other is a friend from college.) I hope you and your boys (the little ones as well as the grown-up one) are doing well!

A much belated congrats to your growing family! I've been following along and keeping up. I too checked everyday leading up to the birth to see if yesterday was the day. I had wonderend if the "jen" above was the Jen I know. From this last post, the answer is yes. Fun!!

The big boy pants are such a milestone...wait till he asks why he--a BIG BOY--has to go in the GIRL potty room with you when you're out and he needs to go! That's one of those Just Becasue moments!!

Take Care!!

Shannon,
I was giggling at the whole "I have all these posts that I want to write running around in my head. But . . . " bit, becuase of late I'd say the same thing, except it would end with,"I don't have a blog!!!" Guess that's what happens when hubby is at work too much, and I have no one to talk to(?)

Oh, for big boy undies in our house! We've tried, recently even, but Kaelen's been sick this week, and we've had a number of urgent things that I've needed to leave the house to take care of . . . not very condusive to keeping Ko in his Underoos! Oh well, but congrats to you!

Chinese cabbage, eh? Oh, have I got a recipe for you! *ahem* KIMCHI!!! Although cabbage kimchi is most often made with the other type of chinese cabbage, Pe-tsai, it can also be made with bok choy.

(There are many variations of kimchi, including radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi and water kimchi.)
