Two adults living with 3 escapees from the zoo.
KAT is our oldest. She seven and is in the second grade. We thought we’d used ‘kitty’ for her nickname, but a kitty is not exactly a zoo animal. We asked her what zoo animal she would be if she could and she decided she would be the same kind of animal that Timon (from Lion King) is. So, KAT (technically short for meerkat) it is.
TIGER is our only boy. He’s 5 and ALL boy. He likes cars and balls and the color yellow. He’s a TIGER because tigers are rough and rowdy and loud and like to pounce – kinda like our boy!
BEAR is our youngest. She is 2 and is into everything. She can walk, run, and climb. She does whatever she needs to do to physically keep up with her siblings. She’s named BEAR because, well, that’s just what she is. It’s been her nickname since she was born.
