Who says you have to wait till the weekend to grill?

Some days I just feel like grillin’. Can’t explain it, don’t really want to try and curtail it. All I know is, the result is generally happy customers.
BBQ Chicken, baked potato, corn on the cob, and spinach salad
I put a dry rub on the chicken (a couple hours before grill time if possible). Let me know if you want the recepie. Place the drumsticks on a hot grill until almost done. When there is about 5 to 10 minutes left of grill time, I baste the legs with a mixture of half BBQ sauce and half vinegar. 10 minutes later, pull them off the grill and place in a covered dish to rest for at least 5 minutes. Dig in!

Ohhh, that does look like a DELICIOUS meal! I think Emily loves corn-on-the-cob as much as her gran! Shan and Peanut look stuffed. I would love to have the recipe for the chicken rub. We plan to have some fresh organic chicken soon that I can try it out on!
I don’t know if I can keep reading this blog if you’re going to make a habit of posting food pictures. haha, kidding. The food does look very delicious!
Wow! That does look delicious. Do you deliver? I would also love to have the recipe for the chicken rub.
